Welcome to Alpha Pro Trading. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services offered by Alpha Pro Trading ("we," "us," or "our"). By browsing, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our site and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or place an order.

  1. Eligibility

  • Business or commercial purchasers must ensure they have authority to purchase on behalf of the entity they represent.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account unless caused by our negligence.
  1. Product Information and Availability
  • We strive for accuracy in product listings, descriptions, images, prices, dimensions, colors, and specifications, but do not guarantee complete accuracy. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or digital displays.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion (e.g., stock shortages, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment or shipping details). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
  1. Orders, Acceptance, and Contract Formation
  • Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation (if applicable). Until acceptance, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.
  • Any samples, brochures, or marketing materials are for illustration only and do not form part of the contract unless expressly stated.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices shown on the site are in the currency indicated and exclude applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and handling charges unless expressly stated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and correct pricing errors at any time. If a price error affects an order, we will contact you to either confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order with a full refund.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order using the payment methods presented at checkout. We may use third-party payment processors; their terms and privacy policies also apply.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
  1. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Title and risk of loss for goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law or set out in a specific sale agreement.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
  1. Inspection and Receipts
  • Inspect deliveries immediately. Report any visible damage, shortage, or incorrect items to us and the carrier within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy.
  • Retain all packaging and documentation in case the carrier or we require inspection.
  1. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
  • Cancellation, return, and refund rights vary by product type (in-stock, custom/made-to-order, clearance) and are set out in our separate Refunds & Returns Policy. Please review that policy before ordering.
  • Custom or made-to-order products are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has started, except for defects or errors on our part.
  1. Warranties and Disclaimers
  • Certain products may carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms and processes are provided with the product or by the manufacturer.
  • Except where legally required, all products are sold "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Pro Trading and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, loss of business, or loss of use) arising from or relating to your use of the site, products, or services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to products or services purchased from us is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product(s) that give rise to the claim.
